Knanaya Catholic Congress of Oceania is the federation of Knanaya Catholic Associations in Oceania. It represents the Knanaya community members living in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. It has 14 member associations all over Oceania. KCCO is a lay organisation that strives to maintain unity in and among all member associations. It also provides forum for the community members residing in the territory to preserve and foster their social, cultural, religious, educational and the endogamous natures of the Knanaya community. KCCO is committed to support its youth to maintain and invigorate cultural heritage handed down by our ancestors. KCCO provides facilities for young Knanaya Catholics in the territory to learn about the history of Knanaya community and its survival as a community in the past through endogamy. KCCO and member associations keep a good relationship with Knanaya Jacobite community residing in the territory through increased joint activities at local and national level. KCCO maintain close relation with Syro Malabar Eparchy of Melbourne too.

KCCO organise gatherings at regional and territorial level. One of the large gatherings is KCCO convention which happens once in every two years. It is a family gathering of all Knanaya members living in Oceania. The current KCCO national council is a committee of 38 members from each member associations including representation from KCWFO and KCYLO.
